Aku dan TaKuT

semua orang ada perasaan takut..kalau x pandai takut, ada sesuatu yg x kena la 2..ada bberapa pkara yg mmbuatku sgt takut dan tsgt takut...(hihihi)

KisaH Aku dan Takut:
 
1. AKU tak TAKUT hantu tapi aku sangat x suka tengok citer hantu...ada masa geng2 kaki muvie offer tengok citer hantu, dgn segera akan AKU tolak lamaran itu. Cerita zombie pun AKU TAKUT jugak wlpn kawan AKU sedaya upaya mbuktikan zombi itu bukan hantu tetapi mayat hidup...AKU pcya bukan AKU saje yg TAKUT..ada juga geng2 aku yg lain terutamanya Chuchan...^ ^

2. AKU sgt TAKUT bila ada org ckap dia x suka AKU...apatah lagi kalo dgn alasan yg x munasabah...AKU berusaha untuk menyayangi semua orang..bila ada org ckap dia x suka AKU..mulalah AKU diselubungi kTAKUTan...bukan apa, cuma TAKUT hati tluka dan tkilan bila org buat mcm 2...kita sayang org tp org benci kita pulak....tp xpa...^ ^

3. AKU jugak TAKUT bila ada orang cuba mmikat dan mngorat AKU. bukan bmaksud AKU jual mahal tapi AKU takut untuk kecewa..bukan senang nak puaskan hati smua pihak..Tapi kalau ada yg nak mmikat, amtlah dialukan..jgn jdi mcm AKU...TAKUT untuk dipikat dan memikat..

4. AKU sangat TAKUT kehilangan org tsyg...mama, papa, Olan, Sis....mreka adalah sebhagaian drpd hidup AKU..AKU  bsyukur krn mmiliki kluarga yg sgt mnyayangi AKU.. x dapat AKU luahkan dgn kata2..Tuhan memberkati kita smua...mmuuuuaaahh!!

5. AKU sangat TAKUT bila org marah AKU...sebabnya adala AKU x suka marah orang..xda faedah untuk kita marah2..bikin cepat tua adala...dahla darah naik..."tak mainla marah2 mcm nie no.' (versi en.nano)

6. AKU sangat TAKUT bila AKU marah. kalau boleh AKU xnak marah..dan bukan mudah untuk AKU marah....muka paling buruk adalah pd masa manusia marah..sbb 2 AKU x mok marah...lg satu, kalau AKU marah, AKU akan menangis dan mnangis....kawan aku ckap mnangis 2 bagus untuk mstabilkan hormon..bila AKU marah, sangat suka untuk AKU melihat muka manusia yg mmbuatkan AKU marah..sebab 2 aku x suka marah wlpn kena paksa marah..

Exploring Materials is very challenging subject 4 tis sem...just like "silent killer' to me..i hv done my part and i believe God never leave me alone..Let everything i do is for His glory..Lord, i commit everything 2 U..give me wisdom and knowledge so that i can do d exam very well. saya suka sgt2 movie cinta cintun yg mbuatkan air mata x bhenti mleleh...kisah cinta yg sgt mnyedihkan..saya citer ckit la bg yg x pernah tengok..
Naina, seorang gadis india yang hidup tinggal bersama ibu, nenek dan adik²nya, ayah naina yang mengalami tekanan yg teramat sgt dan akhirnya mbunuh diri. Ibu naina (jaya bachan) mempunyai restoran. Naina yang telah hilang senyumnya karena pertengakaran ibunya dengan mertua (neneknya), membuat hari²nya bgitu terasa membosankan tapi naina mempunyai seorang sahabat,rohit yang senantiasa selalu ada saat naina sedih. Suatu ketika datang seorang jejaka hensem yang mampu memberikan semua senyum yang ada didunia kepada semua,yang selalu ingin melihat naina tersenyum lagi, dia adalah Aman. Memang sesuai dgn namanya. hahaha..Seakan tak pernah ada kedukaan didalan hidup Aman. Dia selalu tersenyum dan tertawa, dan itu membuat semua orang yang ada didekatnya ikut tersenyum pula.Meskipun agak baru, namun Aman sangat mudah diterima oleh lingkungan sekitar.
Hari² terus berlalu, Naina yang miskin senyum mencuri hatinya, dan tekad dalam hati Aman "ingin membuat Naina tersenyum lagi" dan memberikan warna dalam hidup Naina dengan lebih indah lagi. Ternyata kehadiran Aman yang selalu ceria mengusik hati Naina, Naina mulai jatuh hati pada Aman.Keceriaan Aman begitu mempesona sehingga tiada yang menyadari apa yang sedang diderita aman, seakan tak ingin berbagi kedukaan semua Aman sembunyikan.
Naina mencintainya dan membuat Aman semakin tak berdaya. Aman tak mau Naina tau apa penderitaannya, dengan berpura² telah menikahi doktor pribadinya Priya (Sonali Bendre).Aman menolak cinta Naina. Jelas Naina sangat sedih dan kecewa. Setelah payah untuk tersenyum kini harus bersedih lagi karena cintanya ditolak. Dalam hati Aman juga sangat mencintai Naina, namun Aman tak mau membuat Naina bersedih karena umur Aman ternyata tidak panjang lagi. Aman menderita sakit jantung.
Rohit yang sudah menjadi sahabat Aman, menceritakan selama ini ternyata diam² mencintai Naina, namun Naina hanya menganggap Rohit sekadar sahabat. Aman yang baik hati, membantu mempersatukan Rohit dengan Naina. Dengan berbagai cara dan usaha aman membantu agar Naina membalas cinta Rohit, semua usaha Rman tidak sia² Rohit melamar Naina dan mereka bertunangan. Meski sedih dalam hati karena tak memiliki Naina, aman tetap cuba utk tersenyum dan bahagia atas pertunangan mereka.
Suatu hari saat Naina scra tak sengaja masuk dalam kamar Aman, dia mendengar ternyata apa yang dilakukan Rohit selama ini atas rancangan Aman. Naina juga tau yg sebenarnya Aman mencintai dirinya, Naina marah dan pergi, Aman mengejarnya dan cuba menjelaskan semuanya, apa yang dilakukan Rohit selama ini tulus dari hati Rohit karena Rohit mencintai Naina. Dan disitu juga Rohit tau sebenarnya Aman mencintai Naina juga. Hari² terus berlalu, sakit yang diderita aman terus meragut sisa umurnya. Dgn sisa umurnya itu Aman ingin melihat semua orang disekitarnya tersenyum, meski dirinya harus menelan airmata. Dihari pertunangan Rohit dan Naina, Aman jatuh pengsan dan dibawa hospital oleh ibunya.
Keesokannya saat Rohit dan Naina sedang shopping, Naina bertemu dengan Priy.Naina sangat terkejut waktu Priya memperkenalkan suaminya (Sanjay Kapoor) yang ternyata bukan Aman,dengan singkat suami Naina menceritakan saat ini Aman tengah berjuang dengan hidupnya utk melawan kematian. Naina sangat terpukul, ternyata selama ini Aman begitu mencintainya dan tak ingin membuat dirinya menderita. Aman yang tengah nyawa2 ikan pergi saat Priya memberitahukan penyakitnya kepada Naina, meski dilarang ibunya Aman tetap bertekad utk menemui Rohit dan Naina.
Meski mengetahui kenyataan sakit Aman, pernikahan Rohit dan Naina tetap berjalan. Seakan tidak ada derita Aman dalam kebahagiaan pesta pernikahan Naina,Aman yang menghantar Nkepada Rohit dan mempersatukan mereka dalam pernikahan dan tanpa sadari Aman jatuh pengsan dan dibawa ke hospital serta merta Semua kericuhan yang terjadi  mampu Aman damaikan, dan semua orang tersenyum bahagia, dan itu membuat mereka seakan tidak rela tuk melepaskan kepergian aman dari kehidupan mereka. Semua orang yang menyayanginya mengunjungi aman dirumah sakit dan berusaha memberikan motivasi agar Aman tetap bertahan. Namun semua tak bisa dihindari, Aman pergi dengan senyuman dibibirnya dan memberikan begitu banyak kenangan manis bagi orang disekitarnya.

A letter for them

Dear sis,
            How are you my dear sister? I hope you are fine. Don’t worry about me. I am very fine. I am now very strong young woman you know. How are these wonderful brothers of mine? Pass them my greetings.
            I received your letter. Thanks a million for writing. I am sorry to hear that our lovely mom is still sick. I hope she will recover soon. My life here was fine, though it was quite busy doing my assignment. I know mom never stop thinking about me and say it to her, I miss her so much.
I remember when I was a little girl during dinner time with you all; Mom, Dad, and Olan(Big brother). Mom would sometime fry "ikan masin' and telu' manuk' as our 'grand' menu. We are moderate family, nor that I want to use the word 'poor' because at least we have shelter, clothes and foods, most of the time we would eat 'paku-pakis' (fern shoot etc), bamboo shoot, “daun ubi” and maybe if fortunate when our Dad go for hunting and get some fishes and meats. It was very great time. When mother fried "ulat mulung' or  "ikan baung" that's when I and brother would be having 'eating competition'.
Because mother didn't distributed that 'lauk' during dinner, more than often me and brother would quarrel on who will get the last piece! The rule was "we cannot take another piece until we finished the previous piece". Just because he's older than me (I can't explain how that could be a problem), my brother would finished first, then he took another one... so I took another one too... then he took one... then me... then him again... and so on. I bet I count it all, and he was always the 'winner'. As the eldest sister, you always smile and try to comfort every one of us. I really miss that moment. I love him (My BIG brother) very much but 'hate' him during dinner.
Then at one odd moment, when mom would fry  'ikan baung' again, suddenly there was a very unfamiliar 'happening'. Big brother during the 'competition', he took the last piece and places it on my empty plate. Mom don't know what to say neither do I, because since we're kids we always fight, quarrel, fight again and quarrel some more. This acts of giving, really touch my heart (but I didn't refused the last piece), he gives it to me maybe because he was 'tired' of our rivalry, or maybe he loves me or both. As I reflect that moment again, I begin to know why I did that childish act: I'm so into myself that I have no time for others. I only think about how I can gain as many as I can before others get it!
Now I remember Mother Teresa told a story about the needy poor; she said,
"One night a man came to our house and told me. There is a family of eight children. They have not eaten for days.'I took some food with me and went. When I came to that family, I saw the faces of those little children disfigured by hunger. There was the pain of hunger in their faces. I gave the rice to the mother. She divided the rice in two, and went out, carrying half the rice. When she came back I asked her,
” Where did you go?'
She gave me this simple answer, 'to my neighbors, they are hungry also!''
            I am glad to be part of your life. Sometimes in life, I can’t breathe and everything was impossible for me to go through. But, when I’m thinking how lucky I am for having you all as my lovely family, I said to myself ; “All is well. I will do my best for them”
            Finally, I would like to wish you all the best in everything you have done. Don’t forget God. Keep praying for me and my study here. I love you all! I miss you all! Can’t wait to see all again on Christmas Day.

Paper making process

Formed from wood pulp or plant fiber, paper is chiefly used for written communication. The earliest paper was papyrus, made from reeds by the ancient Egyptians. Paper was made by the Chinese in the second century, probably by a Chinese court official named Cai Lun. His paper was made from such things as tree bark and old fish netting. Recognized almost immediately as a valuable secret, it was 500 years before the Japanese acquired knowledge of the method. Papermaking was known in the Islamic world from the end of the eighth century A.D.
Knowledge of papermaking eventually moved westward, and the first European paper mill was built at Jativa, in the province of Valencia, Spain, in about 1150. By the end of the 15th century, paper mills existed in Italy, France, Germany, and England, and by the end of the 16th century, paper was being made throughout Europe.
Paper, whether produced in the modern factory or by the most careful, delicate hand methods, is made up of connected fibers. The fibers can come from a number of sources including cloth rags, cellulose fibers from plants, and, most notably, trees. The use of cloth in the process has always produced high-quality paper. Today, a large proportion of cotton and linen fibers in the mix create many excellent papers for special uses, from wedding invitation paper stock to special paper for pen and ink drawings.
The method of making paper is essentially a simple one—mix up vegetable fibers, and cook them in hot water until the fibers are soft but not dissolved. The hot water also contains a base chemical such as lye, which softens the fibers as they are cooking. Then, pass a screen-like material through the mixture, let the water drip off and/or evaporate, and then squeeze or blot out additional water. A layer of paper is left behind. Essential to the process are the fibers, which are never totally destroyed, and, when mixed and softened, form an interlaced pattern within the paper itself. Modern papermaking methods, although significantly more complicated than the older ways, are developmental improvements rather than entirely new methods of making paper.

Raw Materials

Probably half of the fiber used for paper today comes from wood that has been purposely harvested. The remaining material comes from wood fiber from sawmills, recycled newspaper, some vegetable matter, and recycled cloth. Coniferous trees, such as spruce and fir, used to be preferred for papermaking because the cellulose fibers in the pulp of these species are longer, therefore making for stronger paper. These trees are called "softwood" by the paper industry. Deciduous trees (leafy trees such as poplar and elm) are called "hardwood." Because of increasing demand for paper, and improvements in pulp processing technology, almost any species of tree can now be harvested for paper.
Some plants other than trees are suitable for paper-making. In areas without significant forests, bamboo has been used for paper pulp, as has straw and sugarcane. Flax,

Making pulp

  • 1 Several processes are commonly used to convert logs to wood pulp. In the mechanical process, logs are first tumbled in drums to remove the bark. The logs are then sent to grinders, which break the wood down into pulp by pressing it between huge revolving slabs. The pulp is filtered to remove foreign objects. In the chemical process, wood chips from de-barked logs are cooked in a chemical solution. This is done in huge vats called digesters. The chips are fed into the digester, and then boiled at high pressure in a solution of
    Paper
    sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfide. The chips dissolve into pulp in the solution. Next the pulp is sent through filters. Bleach may be added at this stage, or colorings. The pulp is sent to the paper plant.

Beating

  • 2 The pulp is next put through a pounding and squeezing process called, appropriately enough, beating. Inside a large tub, the pulp is subjected to the effect of machine beaters. At this point, various filler materials can be added such as chalks, clays, or chemicals such as titanium oxide. These additives will influence the opacity and other qualities of the final product. Sizings are also added at this point. Sizing affects the way the paper will react with various inks. Without any sizing at all, a paper will be too absorbent for most uses except as a desk blotter. A sizing such as starch makes the paper resistant to water-based ink (inks actually sit on top of a sheet of paper, rather than sinking in). A variety of sizings, generally rosins and gums, is available depending on the eventual use of the paper. Paper that will receive a printed design, such as gift wrapping, requires a particular formula of sizing that will make the paper accept the printing properly.

Pulp to paper

  • 3 In order to finally turn the pulp into paper, the pulp is fed or pumped into giant, automated machines. One common type is called the Fourdrinier machine, which was invented in England in 1807. Pulp is fed into the Fourdrinier machine on a moving belt of fine mesh screening. The pulp is squeezed through a series of rollers, while suction devices below the belt drain off water. If the paper is to receive a water-mark, a device called a dandy moves across the sheet of pulp and presses a design into it. The paper then moves onto the press section of the machine, where it is pressed between rollers of wool felt. The paper then passes over a series of steam-heated cylinders to remove the remaining water. A large machine may have from 40 to 70 drying cylinders.

Finishing

  • 4 Finally, the dried paper is wound onto large reels, where it will be further processed depending on its ultimate use. Paper is smoothed and compacted further by passing through metal rollers called calendars. A particular finish, whether soft and dull or hard and shiny, can be imparted by the calendars. The paper may be further finished by passing through a vat of sizing material. It may also receive a coating, which is either brushed on or rolled on. Coating adds chemicals or pigments to the paper's surface, supplementing the sizings and fillers from earlier in the process. Fine clay is often used as a coating. The paper may next be supercalendered, that is, run through extremely smooth calendar rollers, for a final time. Then the paper is cut to the desired size.

Environmental Concerns

The number of trees and other vegetation cut down in order to make paper is enormous. Paper companies insist that they plant as many new trees as they cut down. Environmentalists contend that the new growth trees, so much younger and smaller than what was removed, cannot replace the value of older trees. Efforts to recycle used paper (especially newspapers) have been effective in at least partially mitigating the need for destruction of woodlands, and recycled paper is now an important ingredient in many types of paper production.
The chemicals used in paper manufacture, including dyes, inks, bleach, and sizing, can also be harmful to the environment when they are released into water supplies and nearby land after use. The industry has, sometimes with government prompting, cleared up a large amount of pollution, and federal requirements now demand pollutionfree paper production. The cost of such clean-up efforts is passed on to the consumer.

Power of affirmations

Affirmations are positive sentences that describe a desired situation, and which are repeated many times, in order to impress the subconscious mind and trigger it into positive action. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the affirmations, they have to be repeated with attention, conviction, interest and desire.
Imagine that you are swimming with your friends in a swimming pool. They swim fifteen rounds, something you have never done before, and as you desire to win the respect of your friends, you want to show them that you can make it too. You start swimming, and at the same time keep repeating in your mind: "I can do it, I can do it...". You keep thinking and believing that you are going to complete the fifteen rounds. What are you actually doing? You are repeating positive affirmations.
More than often, people repeat in their minds negative words and statements concerning the situations and events in their lives, and consequently bring upon themselves undesirable situations. Words and statements work both ways, to build or destroy. It is the way we use them that determines whether they are going to bring good or harmful results.
Affirmations work in the same manner as creative visualization. The repeated words build mental images and scenes in the mind, and help to focus on the aim or situation one wants to achieve or create. Frequent repetitions affect the subconscious mind, which in turn reshapes the way one thinks, acts and behaves.
The conscious mind, the mind you think with, starts this process, and then the subconscious mind takes charge. This means that the most frequent thoughts that pass through your mind, ultimately, affect your life and your destiny.
Affirmations work in the same manner like computer commands. They program the mind, which then affects one's life, and even the events and circumstances one goes through.
Sometimes they work fast, but more often they need time to make changes. Repeating positive affirmations a few minutes, and then thinking negatively, neutralizes the effects of the positive words. You have to refuse negative thoughts, otherwise you will not attain positive results.
We mentally repeat negative statements, without even being aware of the process. We use them when we tell ourselves that we cannot do something, that we are too lazy, or when we believe we are going to fail. The subconscious mind always accepts and follows what we tell it, whether it is good or bad for us, so why not choose only positive statements?

How to Repeat Affirmations
It is advisable to repeat affirmations that are not too long, as they are easier to remember. You can repeat them anytime your mind is not engaged in something in particular, such as while traveling in a bus or a train, waiting in line, walking etc, but do not affirm while driving or crossing a street. You may also repeat them in special sessions of 5-10 minutes each, several times a day.
There should be no physical, emotional or mental tension while repeating them. The stronger the concentration, the more faith you have in what you are doing, the more feelings you put into the act, the stronger and faster will be the results.
It is very important to choose only positive affirmations. If for example you desire to lose weight, do not say, "I am not fat, I am losing weight." By saying this sentence you are repeating to your subconscious mind that you are fat. The word "losing" also evokes negative images. It is better to say, "My body has an athletic form, and weighs the right and healthy weight". Such words evoke positive images in the mind.
Always affirm in the present tense, not the future tense. Saying: "I will be rich", means that you intend to be rich one day, in the indefinite future. You are actually telling yourself that some day you will be rich, never now. It is better and more effective to say, and also feel, "I am rich now", and the subconscious mind will work overtime to make this happen now, in the present.
As to results, sometimes they may come fast, and at other times might take more time to manifest. Getting results depends on how much time, energy, faith and feelings you invest in repeating your affirmations, on the strength of your desire and on how big or small is your goal.
By using the power of affirmations you state what you want to be true in your life. You see reality, as you want it to be. For a while, you ignore your current circumstances and your doubts, and concentrate on a different reality.

Pengenalan: 
1. Model;
- kerangka yg merangkumi keadaan kandungan , strategi serta iklim sosial bilik darjah yg dpt mewujudkan psekitaran pembelajaran murid.

Model pengajaran:

- pengajaran langsung ( pengajaran kemahiran2 asas)

- merupakan pengajaran tentang proses pemikiran thdap pemikiran

- strategi scra saintifik yg dibina utk menambahkan keupayaan pelajar dlm menghadapi pelbagai cabaran hidup dan membuat keputusan.
